Annual membership in the Stable program can be added to an adult membership and complete through the OE Community Hub.

Program Prerequisites
  • Current stable insurance with a minimum $2,000,000 commercial general liability coverage.
  • Current adult OE membership
  • Acceptance of the OE Stable Code of Conduct Policy
  • Completion of Concussion and Safe Sport training
  • Minimum standard guideline adherence
    (use of helmets, safe group sizes for lessons, etc.)
  • All coaches working in stables must hold active EC Coach Status, proving they are trained, screened and insured.

How Long is a Stable Program membership for?

The Stable program membership is annual, and requires an individual adult membership to purchase.

Signing up for a stable membership is easy. Simply visit our website and navigate to the membership section to complete the online Stable Program application.

How can my Stable be listed in the directory?

Stable Members are asked several profiling questions during the registration process that help create your listing in the Stable Directory.  Keeping your Stable Program membership active and in good standing ensures that your listing is displayed in the Find-a-Stable Directory.
